WHITE MEXICAN CHEESE DIP – Easy

Category: Dips - Hot

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Asadero cheese
1 medium jalapeno, chopped fine
1/4 cup half-and-half
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine

Place ingredients in a double boil and heat. Cook until melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
