CHICKEN AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups cooked egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Pepper, to taste
1 carton sour cream
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped pimento

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together in a casserole dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake until bubbly.
