BAKE FISH BITES

2 lbs fish fillets, cut into squares
2 cups potato chips, crushed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp ground thyme
Milk for dipping

Dip fish in milk and roll into a mixture of potatoes chips and cheese. Bake, on ungreased cookie sheet, at 500 for 10 minutes.
