Shelly's Recipe

HERBED PARMESAN POTATOES

6 tbsp butter, melted
2 lbs red potatoes cut 1/2 inch thick
2-3 tsp dried basil or rosemary
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and brush with butter and sprinkle with basil. Top with cheese and drizzle with any remaining butter. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
