1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 baking potatoes; cut into quarters
1/3 to 1/2 cup butter, melted
In a plastic bag; mix the ingredients except butter, shaking to coat. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan and drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 for 1 hours, turning potatoes occasionally to brown evenly. Do not cover.
