POLISH NOODLES AND CABBAGE

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
4 cups chopped cabbage
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 (8 oz) pkg egg noodles, cooked according to package directions and drained well
1/2 cup sour cream

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a skillet; add onion and saute until transparent. Add cabbage; saute 5 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients and drained noodles. Allow to heat up for an additional 5 minutes, but not allowing to boil, stirring frequently.
