ORANGE BAKED CHICKEN

1 egg, beaten
1/2 of a 6 oz can frozen orange juice, thawed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
Dash salt and pepper
3 tbsp butter
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lbs) cut-up chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter in a large baking pan. Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken skin side up in a casserole. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes. Serves 4
