1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
4 cups uncooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 cup chicken broth
1 large fryer, cut up
Saute vegetables and garlic in butter. Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
