GREEN CHILI CHEESE DIP

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 (10.5 oz) can chili with no beans
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 tbsp chopped jalapeno slices

Preheat oven to 350. Spread softened cream cheese in a 13x9 inch baking pan and then spread chili on top. Layer with remaining ingredients in order given and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
