GERMON POTATO SALAD - Crockpot

2 potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onions and celery
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup vinegar and oil
Chopped parsley
Sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Combine ingredients except parsley and bacon in a crockpot. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 5-6 hours on HIGH. Add sugar if needed. Garnish with bacon and parsley.
