CRUNCHY PEA SALAD

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen green peas, thawed, drained
1/2 cup diced celery and green or red bell pepper
2/3 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently. Serves 6-8

NOTE: If not serving right away, do not add nuts or bacon until just before serving.
