MEXICAN SKILLET CHICKEN

Filling
2 cup corn tortilla chips, coarsely broken
1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
2 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 (4 oz) can chopped mild green onions, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Topping
2 (6 oz) pkg yellow cornbread mix
1 1/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a casserole dish and sprinkle chips evenly over bottom. Sprinkle with cheese. In a bowl, combine remaining filling ingredients and spoon mixture over cheese.
In a medium bowl, combine topping ingredients, stirring until smooth, adding cheese last. Spoon mixture over filling and bake 28-38 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8
