SALMON NOODLE CASSEROLE

1/4 cup finely chopped green or red bell pepper and onion
2 tbsp butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) can salmon, drained and flaked
4 oz medium noodles, cooked
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Topping: 1 cup soft bread crumbs tossed with 1 tbsp melted butter

In a saucepan, saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add soup and milk. Heat until bubbly, stirring constantly and add cheese, stirring to melt. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with topping ingredients and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4
