FLANK STEAK MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1 (14 1/2 oz) can beef broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp Dijon mustard with horseradish
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano, thyme and sage
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag. Seal and shake to mix. Place steak in bag, turning to mix. Marinate steak in refrigerator 1-8 hours. Remove from marinade and grill or broil to desired doneness.
