GRILLED BRATS

2 lbs bratwurst
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 cup butter
6 (12 oz) cans dark bear
1 1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp coriander seed, caraway seed, ground ginger and mustard seeds

Prick brats with fork and add to a large stew pot. Add onions and butter and slow pour beer and add seasonings into pot. Place over medium heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Preheat grill for medium high heat. Lightly oil grate and place brats on grill. Cook for 10-14 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Serve hot off the grill. Serves 4
