DIJON CHOPS

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks

4 (5 oz) pork chops
6 tbsp dry red wine and water
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbspdried rosemary, crushed
6 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
3 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tsp capers
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp hot sauce

Marinade chops by combining wine and next 3 ingredients. Seal and shake well to coat chops. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours. Remove cops and discard marinade.

Coat grill with cooking spray and place chops over medium-hot coals. Cover and cook 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Combine yogurt and remainig ingredients, stirring well. Spoon yogurt mixture over chops.
