SIRLOIN STEAK AND CRIMINI

Marinade
1 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 medium yellow and red bell pepper, quartered
8 oz crimini or button mushrooms
1 (1 1/2 lb) boneless top sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
Feta or goat cheese, crumbled
Prepare marinade and separate in (1/2 cups) two separate resealable bags (1 with steak and the other with the vegetables). Turn to coat and marinate for 30 minutes. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
Remove steak and vegetables from marinade, discarding marinades. Grill steaks (17 to 21 minutes) and vegetables (until tender), turning occasionally and brushing frequently with reserved marinade. Allow steak to rest before carving. Garnish steak slices and vegetables with cheese. Serves 4
