ITALIAN PORK CHOPS

4 pork chops
1 tbsp oil
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano and basil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
4 slices mozzarella cheese

Brown chips in a skillet. In a bowl, combine sauce and seasonings and pour over chops. Place vegetables on top. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Place cheese on top and continue to heat until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
