PORK CHOPS AND RICE CASSEROLE - Easy

Category: Casseroles - Pork

4 (3/4 to 1 inch) pork chops
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
4 slices onion, tomatoes and green bell pepper
2 1/2 cups beef bouillon
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 1/4 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste

Saute chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle rice over chops and top with vegetable slices. Mix seasonings with bouillon and sprinkle over all. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Check after 40 minutes and if it looks too dry, add more bouillon or a little water. Serves 4
