COUNTRY FRENCH CHICKEN

2 tbsp butter
1.5 lbs chicken breasts
2 cup water
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
1 slice lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp dill weed

In large skillet melt butter. Add chicken; saute 5 minutes Stir in water, soup mix and lemon. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove chicken; discard lemon. In small bowl combine sour cream, corn starch and dill weed; add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Simmer 1 minute. Serve over chicken.
