COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE - Crock Pot

8 oz egg noodles, cooked until barely tender
3 cups chicken cooked and diced
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper, onion and celery
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

While noodles are cooking, combine remaining ingredients and then add the drained noodles. Fold to combine. Pour into a greased crock pot and cover. Cook on low for 6-10 hour or on high for 3-4 hours.
