CHINESE CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE

2 cup chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup diced celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped including tops
2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups dry Chinese noodles
1/2 cup cashews, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a casserole dish. Place 1 cup noodles on bottom; layer celery, onion, chicken. Thin soup with milk; pour soup over top of chicken. Cover with remaining noodles. Top with cashews. Bake for 40 minutes. Serves 2-4
