STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE

1 lb lean burger
1 chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 small can V-8 juice
3 cups coarse chopped cabbage
3 tbsp regular rice.

Brown beef, drain. Add onion, salt, pepper, soup, water, juice and rice. Simmer 5 minutes. Put cabbage in buttered casserole, pour on meat mix. Do not stir. Bake 325 for 2 hours.
