SALISBURY STEAK

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1-2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water
In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Set aside. In another bowl, lightly beat egg and add next 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup soup mixture. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 6 patties.
In a large skillet, brown patties in oil; drain. Combine remaining soup with water and pour over patties. Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove patties to a serving platter; spoon sauce over meat. Serves 6
