SOUTHWEST ZESTY MARGARITA SHRIMP

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup vegetable oil and tequila
1 tsp grated lime peel
2 tbsp lime juice, honey and chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb uncooked large tiger shrimp, about 30, deveined, peeled with tails left on
In a bowl, combine ingredients, add shrimp and stir to coat shrimp. Cover and refrigerate at lest 4 hours or up to 8 hours to marinade. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Drain shrimp, discarding marinade. Place on broiler pan and broil 4 inch from heat for 5-7 minutes, turning once, until shrimp are pink. Makes 30 appetizers.
