GARLIC SHRIMP OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

1 1/2 lb raw jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, mashed and chopped
3 tbsp grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3/4 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 lb pkg angel pasta, cooked according to pkg directions
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter, garlic, cheese and herbs. Blend well and set aside. Add oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet and heat. When hot, add shrimp and sauté, turning frequently. Remove shrimp from skillet; add wine and reduce until almost completely evaporated. Add butter-garlic mixture to sizzle. Then add shrimp and pasta; toss to reheat and coat.
