ASIAN CHICKEN I

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
2-3 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350. In a casserole dish, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, place chicken in dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with pasta.
