CHICKEN AND CHEESE STUFFED BREAD

3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust dough
10 oz mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Grind chicken in a food processor or blender. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and cook until chicken id sone, stirring to break apart. Add seasonings. Remove, drain and set aside. Heat remaining g oil in same skillet and cook onions until transparent; add garlic and cook about 1 minute more. Combine with chicken; set aside.

Roll pizza dough to about 11x8 inches. Layer chicken mixture and then cheese. Roll dough jelly-roll style, pinching edges to seal. Bake, about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. To serve, cut into slices.
