BOURBON CHICKEN WINGS

Category: Wings

1 pkg chicken drummettes
3 tbsp bourbon and olive oil
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup fine, dry, unseasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine first 5 ingredients in a resealable bag and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight. Mix remaining ingredients in another plastic bag.

Preheat broiler. Drain wings and toss into bread crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet and place about 4-5 inches under broiler and broil until crisp and golden, about 5 minutes on each side. Serves 4-6
