BBQ CHICKEN NACHOS

Tortilla chips, enough to cover a flat baking sheet
2 to 2 1/2 cups diced bbq chicken, about 12 oz
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar, Monterey jack, Ssadero cheese or a combination
2-3 large green onions, chopped, including green parts
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded, stemmed and minced, or more to taste
1/4 tsp ground cumin

Preheat oven to 400. Arrange chips on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining ingredients and bake 7-12 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly.
