MEATBALL STEW WITH DUMPLINGS

1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup beef broth
3 tbsp sour cream
1 pkg frozen stew vegetables, thawed
2 cups baking mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk

Mix together first 6 ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in a skillet. Mixe together next 4 ingredients and pour over meatballs. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Stir remaining ingredients to a soft dough and drop by spoonfuls onto hot mixture. Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes; cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
