CHICKEN FAJITA RIGATONI

8 oz pkg rigatoni, cooked al dente and drained
1 tbsp olive oil
2 green and/or red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg fully cooked chicken, about 2 cups
1 jar salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Return drained pasta to pot. Meanwhile, heat oin in a skillet and add next 6 ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in chicken and salsa. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Add chicken and pepper mixture to pasta in pot; toss to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
