AMAZING RAISIN CAKE

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg and salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
3 cups chopped, peeled apples

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round baking pans. In a large bowl mix first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes, scraping sides. (Batter will be very thick.). With a spoon, stir in remaining ingredients and spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove to cool completely.

Fill and frost with 2 cups whipped cream.
