ISLAND-STYLE TERIYAKI CHICKEN BBQ

2 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce and sugar
1 tbsp sherry wine, sesame oil and grated garlic

In a bowl, combine ingredients and marinate chicken for 2 hours or overnight.

Prepare grill over low to medium heat and grill until completely cooked.

NOTE: Can be baked at 350 in a pan that has been greased with oil before lining it with foil. Put chicken skin side up and do not cover. Bake until done.
