ITALIAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS

4 bacon slices, diced
30 large fresh mushroosm, stems removed
1 cup onion and garlic salad croutons, crushed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1/4 lb ground cooked ham and grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on a papertowel. Reserve 1 tbsp drippings.

Finely chop half the mushrooms stems and add to bacon and drippings; saute for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.

Firmly stuff caps with mixture and place on a baking pan. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Serves 15
