CRAWFISH SPREAD

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen cooked crawfish tails, thawed
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 medium green and red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
6 clove garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 tsp creole seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
6-12 drops hot pepper sauce
Crackers

Chop crawfish; pat dry. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add next 6 ingredients; stir in crawfish. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 ours before serving. Serve with crackers.
