TACO BURGERS

1 cups finely crushed chips
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 tbsp minced dried onions
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
6 slices cheddar cheese
Buns, lettuce, tomato slices and salsa

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Broil or grill until done. Top burer with cheese; cook just until cheese begins to melt. Serve with buns with lettuce, tomato and salsa. Serves 6
