GRILLED THIGHS AND DRUMSTICKS

2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups water, cider vinegar and ketchup
1 cup canola oil
4 tsp salt
3 tbsp prepared mustard
4 1/2 tsp worceshershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper and liquid smoke
10 lbs bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks
1/2 tsp seasoned salt.
In a bowl, combine first 11 ingredients. Pour into 2 large resealable bags; add chicken. Seal bags and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
Prepare grill for indirect heat. Drain and discard marinade. Spirnkle chicken with seasoned salt. Grill, skin side down, covered, over indirect medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn; grill 15-20 minutes longer or until juices run clear. Serves 12-14
