LEMON BASIL CHICKEN

1 cup minced fresh basil and canola oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tsp grated lemon peel
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and pour 1 1/2 cups in a resealable bag, add chicken. Seal and toss to coat; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Serves 8
