ORANGE RUM PUNCH

In a large pitcher, stir together 2 cups strained orange juice, 2/3 cup light rum, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp bitters. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with orange zest. Serves 8
