Shelly's Recipe

* HONEY BAKED CHICKEN* - Easy

1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 cup melted butter and honey
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt, curry powder and garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp hot pepper sauce, optional

Place chicken, skin side up in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours, basting with pan juices every 15 minutes. Serves with cooked rice.

NOTE: This sauce is also great for dipping.
