BAKED CHICKEN AND GRAVY - Easy

1 cup sour cream
1 small can mushrooms plus the liquid
1/2 cup sherry or chicken stock
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Whole chicken, cut up

Place chicken in a baking pan and mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken, covering all of chicken. Spirnkle with paprika and bake at 400 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Serve with rice or noodles with gravy. Serves 4
