THREE CHEESE GARLIC SPREAD ON TOAST

1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp of mayonaise
1 garlic clove minced
1/1/3 crumbled feta cheese
1 1/4 cup grated Italian cheese, like Locatelli or romano or Parmesean
1/2 cup grated Munster or Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
12 -3/4 inch slices of french bread, oven toasted on one side only

Preheat oven to 475. Mix all together, except the grated cheese. place on untoasted side of the french bread and press in the grated cheese on top of each one. Place on a cookie sheet and bake until cheese melts, watch them so they do not burn.
