Category: Ribs
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

1 cup favorite barbecue sauce
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce and onion powder
4 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 1/2 lbs baby bake ribs, cut into 3-4 rib pieces

Preheat oven to 275. Place ribs in a foil lined roasting pan. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and pour all but 1 cup sauce over ribs, tossing to combine. Cover pan with additional foil, sealing to make sure steam can not escape. Bake at 275 for 2 hours or until tender and pulling away from bone.

Preheat grill for medium heat, grill cooked cribs, basting with reserved marinade, about 10-15 minutes or until caramelized and darkened. Serves 4
