SWEET AND SOUR BARBECUED RIBS

1 1/4 cups ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp lemon juice
6 lbs baby back ribs, cut into small serving pieces
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Mix ingredients except ribs and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare grill and cook ribs for 1 hour over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally. Brush ribs with sauce. Turn and cook for 20 minutes or longer until done.
