BAKED FISH WITH PARMESAN SOUR CREAM SAUCE

1 1/2 lbs orange roughy fillets
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika, salt and pepper
2 tbsp Italian seasoned bread crumbs and melted butter, mixed together

Place fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Stir together next 4 ingredients and spread mixture over fillets. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serves 4-6
