PECOS GOULASH

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion and green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen corn, thawed
1 (12 oz) pkg noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

In a Dutch oven, brown meat and vegetables. Drain. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add cooked noodles; stir well. Top with cheese and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 325.
