CRUSTLESS QUICHE

1/2 cup crumbled crisp bacon
3/4 lb to 1 lb pepper Jack cheese, shredded
12 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp flour, beaten with a splash of milk
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 (10 oz) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 cup sour cream, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 12 inch pie plate or a 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine bacon, cheese, eggs, flour, mushrooms, and broccoli in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
