SAVORY HAM GLAZE AND SAUCE

1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp prepared mustard
3/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp orange juice

Glaze: In a saucepan, combine ingredients except orange juice and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Use this to brush on ham during last hour of baking.

Sauce: To above ingredients, add orange juice. Serve with ham.
