2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour, coconut and chopped pecans
3 tbsp cocoa
1 jar marshmallow cream

Icing
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cocoa and evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350. Cream together first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients and fold into creamed mixture. Spread into a greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. After removing from oven, immediately spread marshmallow cream over top.

When it cools, make icing by combine ingredients and spreading over the cake.
